Summer is here and it is HOT!

My mother in law is a WONDERFUL cook. She whipped up a similar salad the other night and I had to try it myself.

The recipe is extremely simple, you can't mess up. Feel free to add on to it as well, some cucumber could take it to a whole new level!

INGREDIENTS:

Watermelon (duh)

Basil

Feta Cheese

Lime Juice

Balsamic Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Chop up your Watermelon

2. Add a two tablespoons of Lime Juice

3. Slice up Basil, add as desired

4. Sprinkle with Feta Cheese

5. Drizzle with a Balsamic Glaze

(to make your own...boil your favorite balsamic vinegar, add a few teaspoons of sugar and let simmer for 30 minutes)
